## Complete these steps

* [ ] Join the [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/teTqkVjSSs).
* [ ] Open Apex Legends.
* [ ] Use <mark style="color:red;">/link</mark> in the <mark style="color:purple;">#create-account</mark> Channel.
* [ ] Enter your platform (PC/Xbox/PlayStation).
* [ ] Enter your Origin/EA or PSN/Xbox name (Steam doesn't work!).
* [ ] In the game, choose the legend indicated by the bot and return to the lobby.
* [ ] Now, click on `➝ Continue` in Discord.
* [ ] Repeat steps 5 and 6 two more times.
* [ ] After completing the legend switches, you will be verified and eligible to create your <mark style="color:blue;">Scrimz</mark> <mark style="color:blue;">account</mark>.
* [ ] Link your Discord account to Scrimz by clicking on `➝ Create Account`.
* [ ] Once your account is created and linked, you can access Scrimz by visiting [scrimz.eu](https://scrimz.eu/).

**Steam:** Usernames/Gamertags from Steam doesn't work. You have to use EA/Origin instead.

**Conclusion:** How to find your EA/Origin nameIf you don't know your EA name by heart, there are a few ways to find it!

1. Ask a friend from your friends list in Apex if they can use `[F] Examine` to open your player card and tell you the name on `other platforms`. This name should be your EA/Origin name!
2. Go to [Apex Legends status](https://apexlegendsstatus.com/stats/) and enter your Steam name here. Then (usually) the EA/Origin name is displayed in the left column!
3. If you are in a club, visit [Apex Legends Status | Clubs](https://apexlegendsstatus.com/clubs) and search for your club. There you will find your profile with the EA/Origin name!
