# Team Queue

There are two main queue modes: [<mark style="color:orange;">Solo queues</mark>](#solo-queues), where teams are formed from individual participants, and [<mark style="color:blue;">Team queues</mark>](#team-queues), where pre-defined teams participate together.

**Team Creation:** In order to participate in predefined team queues, you must first create a team or join an existing team [join-team](https://scrimz.gitbook.io/docs/teams/join-team "mention"). Please note that only team admins have the permission to join a team queue. Team admins, or their deputies, can be designated at any time through the team's settings page on the [website](https://scrimz.eu/).

You can identify team queues by the queue size: <mark style="color:blue;">Team</mark>. In this mode, it can either be Duo or Trios.

If you join the queue as an admin by using the "Join Queue" button, you will be required to choose the players who will participate in the queue. For Duos, you must select just **one** additional player, and for Trios, you will need to pick **two** additional players. Afterwords, you can use the [mapvoting](https://scrimz.gitbook.io/docs/queues/mapvoting "mention") and [dropspot-picker](https://scrimz.gitbook.io/docs/queues/dropspot-picker "mention").

Players who have been added will subsequently receive an automated notification about it (*In case they have enabled their DMs)*:
